Background

Ms. Reckford is a Vice President and Research Analyst on Aetos’ investment team. Prior to re-joining Aetos in 2025 (having previously worked at the firm from 2017-2019 and 2020-2022), Ms. Reckford was a Senior Manager on Broadridge’s Corporate Development team, focusing on strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she was a Sales and Trading Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., where she worked closely with asset managers and hedge funds in the fixed income space. During her interludes from Aetos and while at Broadridge, Ms. Reckford was fully dedicated to training and qualifying for the US Olympic Team. She was a member of the United States Rowing Team from 2019-2024, and was a finalist in the women’s lightweight double sculls at both the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Education

Ms. Reckford graduated from Dartmouth College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Psychology.
