Background

Mr. Bishop is a Managing Director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Aetos. Prior to joining Aetos in 2004, Mr. Bishop worked at SG Barr Devlin, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and restructuring advisory assignments in the energy and power sectors. Mr. Bishop’s assignments included advising Pacific Gas & Electric Company on its restructuring under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code.

Education

Mr. Bishop graduated from the University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the McIntire School.

Other Affiliations and Achievements

Mr. Bishop is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Bishop currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Grace Cathedral, where he is the Chair of the Investment Committee.
