Promoting diversity within the firm across race, ethnicity, sex, gender, academic backgrounds, life experiences and other considerations, has been a core value since the firm’s inception. Our people are our single greatest asset and we actively encourage critical reasoning, intellectual honesty and rigorous debate engendered by diverse backgrounds and experiences. To this end, we are committed to continually building a diverse staff and inclusive office culture, which is evidenced by the makeup of our senior professionals as well as the broader team. Approximately two-thirds of our staff are women and minorities, including Anne Casscells, Chief Investment Officer, who has served as Co-President of the firm since its inception.
