To use this site, you must be an investor (or a contact person designated by such investor) in Aetos Capital Asia Funds I and II (“ACA I” and “ACA II”) and at least 18 years old.

By entering this site you acknowledge and agree that you only enter with an authorized password that has been issued to you (or your institution and you are an authorized user). Passwords are not transferable. The materials in this site may only be provided to you or members of your institution.
 
Privacy Policy

Please note that account information and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is provided to our investors at least annually.
 
Site Use Guidelines

The information that we provide is for your information only and is subject to the confidentiality agreements set forth in the ACA I and ACA II documents. Some information provided may not be current, or may have changed since the last time you viewed or downloaded it.
 
Waiver of Hard Copy Reports and Statements

By acknowledging your agreement to these Terms and Condition of Use, you agree to waive your right under any other agreement or fund constituent document relating to ACA I and/or ACA II to receive the reports and statements provided on the site in hard copy form or via facsimile or other delivery method. Instead, with respect to such reports and statements, you will be notified by e-mail when any such report or statement is available to be viewed on the site.
 
Proprietary Rights to Content

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.
 
International Use

We make no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
 
Termination

We may terminate your access, or suspend any user’s access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party provider, a service provider, or us.
