REAL ESTATE STRATEGY Overview Aetos Capital's real estate investment business has emerged as a key player in the opportunistic sector. Aetos Capital's principals have participated in many of the most significant global real estate transactions of the past fifteen years and bring this wealth of experience to a focused opportunistic investment effort. The real estate team consists of more than 150 experienced and sophisticated professionals. Aetos Capital's strategy is to pursue opportunistic investments in selected markets globally, with the objective of delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to our investors. Our diverse investor client base includes a number of the leading public and corporate pension sponsors, university endowments, foundations and private investors. Initially, we have focused our investment efforts on the Japanese market through a series of opportunity funds with the capacity to acquire over $13 billion of assets. Through the forth quarter of 2007, the ACA funds have acquired more than $8.4 billion of assets.
